Exactly one season ago I concluded that I was getting tired of being terrible at this game and sat down and made a very detailed plan on how to reach ten goals within the end of season 50. I thought I might as well would make it official and post the goals here.
01 Make it to the top division
02 Win 3 Jerseys
03 Win 3 Classics
04 1000+ points season for Jannic Junger
05 Stage performer Bronze (10 stage wins)
06 Tour Contender Bronze (5 top 9)
07 Classic contender Bronze (10 top 9)
08 2500+ points season
09 Top 5 Norwegian team
10 Third captain
Current status:
01 – Top division
Here we obviously aren't close yet.
02 – Win 3 Jerseys
Won 2 out of 3, so this should be well within reach.
03 – Win 3 classics
A much tougher goal and would have to be achieved when Jannic Junger gets closer to his prime
04 – 1000+ points season for Jannic Junger
Not going to happen at age 23, but should be realistic a few seasons down the road
05 – Stage performer bronze
Currently at 7 stage wins, so this looks promising
06 – Tour contender bronze
Looks like this will be in the books today, so should probably aim for silver here
07 – Classic contender bronze
Did a tally here and we are only at top 9s in four classics. Have finished at 10 in five more, so been a bit unlucky here
08 – 2500+ points in a season
This is more of a stretch goal and is very dependent on succeeding with goal #10.
09 – Top 5 Norwegian team
Closely tied to the former goal. Not even close at the moment being ranked 14th
10 – Third captain
Training two promising talents at the moment. Hopefully one of them can max high.

And Marat maxed at 38, so the third captain has to come from somewhere else.
Roméo maxed at 43, so he is out of the picture.
Love it. If one of those trainees pans out goal 1 will be easy.
